Affective Ising Model

Implementation of the Ising model to understand how positive and negative affect change over time. This model was introduced to capture and explain nonlinearity if affective time series, including multimodality and skew. It allows for the integration of contextual information that may have influenced participant's affective states at a particular time. Based on the Ising Decision Maker, a model of decision-making in 2-AFC tasks.
